So, for algorithms that have the potential to ruin peoples\u00b4s lives or shortly reduce their options with their liberty, their livelihood or they finances, we need an FDA for algorithms that says, &#8220;Hey, show me evidence that it\u00b4s going to work. Not just to make your money, but it\u00b4s going to work for society. That it\u00b4s going to be fair, that it\u00b4s not going to be racist, it\u00b4s not going to discriminate against people with disability status. Show me that it\u00b4s legal, before you put it out&#8221;. That\u00b4s we dont have yet !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Precisamos de uma <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Food_and_Drug_Administration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FDA<\/a> para algoritmos. De fato, para os algoritmos que t\u00eam o potencial de arruinar a vida das pessoas ou rapidamente reduzir suas op\u00e7\u00f5es de liberdade, seu sustento ou finan\u00e7as. Precisamos de uma FDA para algoritmos que diga: &#8220;Ei, mostre-me evid\u00eancias de que isso vai funcionar. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 para ganhar o seu dinheiro, mas vai funcionar para a sociedade. Que seja justo, que n\u00e3o seja racista, n\u00e3o seja discriminat\u00f3rio contra pessoas com defici\u00eancia .
